"Mistaken Identity" joke
A middle aged woman suffers a heart attack and is rushed to the hospital. While on the operating table, she has a near death experience during which she sees God and asks if this is it. God tells her no and explains that she has another 30-40 years to live.
Upon her recovery, she decides to remain in the hospital and have a few cosmetic surgeries done. Things like liposuction, tummy tuck, augmentation, face lift, you name it. She even has her hairdresser come in to dye and cut her hair.
After the last of the operations, she walks out of the hospital and is killed by an ambulance that's speeding up to the hospital.
She arrives in front of God and asks, "What happened? I thought you said I had another 30-40 years to live?"
"I'm sorry," replies God, "I didn't recognize you."
