The teacher of a high school biology class had his students analyzing bacteria under the microscope. To show them the types of bacteria found in the human mouth, he had them take scrapings from between their own teeth and analyze these scrapings under the microscope.
One girl was stumped in identifying the bacteria she scraped from between her teeth.
The teacher took a look, stared disgustedly at the puzzled girl and said, "Those are sperm cells."
Not being the best student in Sunday School, Patty usually slept her way through it. One Sunday the teacher decided to call on her, "Patty, tell me who invented the universe."
Patty didn't stir, so little Johnny grabbed a pin, leaned forward and poked her in the ear. "God Almighty!" yelled Patty. "Very good," said the teacher, while Patty fell back alseep.
After a few minutes the teacher again asked Patty a question. "Patty, who is our Lord and Savior?"
As usual Patty didn't stir, so again Johnny poked her in the ear with the pin. "Jesus Christ!" Patty shouted. "Very good," said the teacher, as Patty fell back to sleep yet again.
The teacher then asked Patty a third question. "What did Eve say to Adam after she had her twenty third child?" One more time, Johnny stabbed Patty with the pin.
Patty jumped up and screamed, "If you dare stick that damn thing in me again, I'm going to break it in more...

One of the fringe benefits of being an English or History teacher is receiving the occasional jewel of a

genuine student bloopers collected by teachers throughout the United States, from eighth grade through
college level. Read carefully, and you will learn a lot.
The inhabitants of ancient Egypt were called mummies. They lived in the Sarah Dessert and traveled by
Camelot. The climate in the Sarah is such that the inhabitants have to live elsewhere, so certain areas of
the dessert are cultivated by irritation. The Egyptians built the pyramids in the shape of a huge triangular

Miss Ashley was new to teaching at the junior high school and decided to test the general knowledge of her new class.
"Who can tell me who brought down the walls of Jericho?", she asked.

Somewhat taken aback that no-one knew the answer, she reported what had happened in the staff room at break.
A fellow teacher asked, "The fellow who answered, was he the little one with red hair and glasses in the front?"
"Yes", she replied.
"Well", said the other teacher," I know him, and if he said that he didn't do it, then he didn't!!"
Now Miss Ashley was quite upset. She decided to go to the Principal. She told him what had happened, and the reaction of the other teacher who should have known better.
The Principal looked at her for a moment, then he said, "Look, Miss Ashley. You are new around here. There is no point in making trouble. Write more...
